Katharina Elstorpff

Katharina Elstorpff has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Sales Operations and Project Manager for the US at hear.com since October 2018. Katharina has successfully managed operations and business projects to enhance market growth and scaling, acting as the product owner for the hear.com training academy. Previously, as the Head of Case, Project and Operations Management for Canadian Operations, Katharina oversaw a team of Case Managers, facilitated training for new employees, and coordinated company-wide meetings. Earlier roles included Project and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included processing hearing aid prescriptions and managing customer payments, and Customer Care Consultant at Münchner Bank, focusing on financial advising and customer service. Katharina holds a College Diploma in Business/Commerce from Seneca Polytechnic and a Diploma in Finance from the College For Finance and Real Estate, alongside the German Abitur.
