Jane Tommey

Jane Tommey has extensive work experience in the field of animal-assisted therapy and assistance dog training. Jane began their career in 1995 as a Kennel Welfare Supervisor at The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. From 2000 to 2009, Jane held various operational management roles at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. In 2009, they became the National Supply Manager at the same organization, and in 2012 they were promoted to the role of Head of Supply & Training. Since July 2018, Jane has served as the Director of Operations at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, where they continue to contribute to the organization's mission of providing assistance dogs to those with hearing impairments.

Jane Tommey completed their BSc in Natural Sciences at The Open University from 1999 to 2003.
