Don Hollensbe

Don Hollensbe has a strong background in operations management, process improvement, and business development. Don is currently the President of Hearing Screening Associates LLC. Previously, they held various roles at BrightStar Care, including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of National Accounts, and Assistant Vice President of National Accounts. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and General Manager at Lehigh Direct, where they implemented process improvements and achieved a significant increase in gross profit. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Plant Operations at Harland Clarke, where they implemented process improvements and developed a high-performance work system. Before that, they held multiple positions at Clarke American Checks Inc, including National Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Quality Assurance, and Quality Assurance Manager.

Don Hollensbe has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Don also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
