Mali Witten is a facilitator, coach, and consultant with over fifteen years of experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. Malii is currently a Citizens Agenda Facilitator at Hearken.
Mali has a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their potential. Malii has delivered professional development training for Fortune 100 clientele on topics such as communication skills, presentations, conversations, and meetings. Mali has also led diversity and inclusion efforts into organizational processes in order to increase community engagement.
In their previous role as Founding Principal at EngageBetween, Mali helped individuals and organizations navigate change and transition through one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, and consulting services.
Mali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Organizational Change Management from Columbia University.
