Monika Kawecka

Monika Kawecka is a psychologist and psychotherapist who has worked in various organizations providing psychological consultations, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, and schema therapy in Polish and English. Monika has experience in crisis intervention, conducting psychoeducational webinars, and coordinating therapeutic programs. Monika also has a background in leading tourist trips and conducting workshops on stress management and emotional regulation based on the CBT model. Monika holds a Master's degree in Psychology and has completed postgraduate studies in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and schema therapy accredited by ISST.
