Zsuzsanna Kis

Zsuzsanna Kis has a diverse work experience in product design and user experience. Zsuzsanna is currently working at Hearsay Systems, where they started as a Senior UX Designer in October 2019. Zsuzsanna then progressed to become a Manager and later a Director of Product Design. In August 2020, they were promoted to the position of Head of Product Design. Prior to their time at Hearsay Systems, Zsuzsanna worked at Finastra as a Lead User Experience Designer from August 2017 to May 2019. Zsuzsanna also held the position of Head of Innovation Labs - Hungary during this time. Before Finastra, Zsuzsanna worked at Isobar as a Senior UX Designer from June 2015 to June 2017. Zsuzsanna'searliest work experience includes co-founding Sonore Kft., where they served as the Division Manager for Digital Commerce from an unspecified start date until May 2015. Zsuzsanna also held the position of Head of User Experience during their time at Sonore Kft. Zsuzsanna's career began at AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd. in 1997, where they initially worked as a Consultant until 2001. Zsuzsanna then transitioned to the role of Account Manager at Gartner until 2001. Zsuzsanna's first job was at Invitel, where they worked as a Project Coordinator from an unspecified start date until 2004.

Zsuzsanna Kis obtained a Master's Degree in Informatics from Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended The University of Akron for a year from 1991 to 1992. Zsuzsanna also attended Firestone High School in Akron, OH, USA from 1989 to 1991. In terms of certifications, they received a UX Master Certification (UXMC) from Nielsen Norman Group in 2020, as well as a Human-Computer Interaction certification from Coursera in 2014.
