Jennifer van Bomel

Jennifer Van Bomel is an experienced marketing graphic designer currently employed at Hearst Connecticut Media Group since October 2018, where responsibilities include designing marketing materials to support sales staff. Jennifer also serves as an Independent Consultant for Thirty-One Gifts since November 2014. Prior to these roles, Jennifer worked at Hersam Acorn Newspapers from April 2011 to October 2018 as a Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator, specializing in ad design for a fast-paced newspaper. Earlier experiences include a graphic design internship at Fairfield University, a production artist position at Hersam Acorn Newspapers, and a Department Lead II role at Lifetouch National School Studios, where leadership and coordination of workflow were key. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Bridgeport and an Associate's Degree in Visual Communications from Gibbs College.
