Randi Weiner

Randi Weiner is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in editorial roles, currently serving as the Assistant Managing Editor at Greenwich Time for Hearst Newspapers since December 2022 and at Stamford Advocate since June 2021. Previously, Randi held the position of Assistant Managing Editor at The Connecticut Post from October 2017 to June 2021, and at Greenwich Time Newspaper from January 2015 to September 2017. Randi's career includes a long tenure at The Journal News, where responsibilities included covering education issues at various levels as an Education team reporter and roles as community news and senior education reporter. Randi's early career features reporting positions at multiple publications, including the Oakland Press, Ypsilanti Press, Portsmouth Ohio Daily Times, and The Star-Beacon. Randi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University between 1972 and 1976.
