Natasha Needham has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Natasha started their career in 2004 as an HR Assistant at French Connection before moving to Debenhams in 2006 as an HR Resourcing Assistant. In 2008, they joined Hearst Magazines UK as an HR Coordinator and later became a PA to the HR Director/HR Coordinator. Natasha then held various roles within Hearst Magazines UK, including PA to the Group Publishing Director and Commercial Director, as well as PA to the GPD of Red, Esquire & Cosmopolitan, Editor of Digital Spy, and Strategic Director. Their most recent positions include being an EA to the Chief Revenue Officer and EA to the Global Vice President of Hearst Digital Media and International Trading Director.

Natasha Needham attended Queensmead from 1998 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in AVCE in the field of Business Studies.
