Astrid Mascarenhas is a Section Lead - Talent Management at Heart Aerospace, a Swedish aerospace startup working on hybrid aircraft. Prior to this, Astrid worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist as a Freelance Recruiter and Talent Sourcing consultant. Astrid also has experience as a Training Delivery Specialist at Volvo Group, a Senior Associate in Talent & Development at EY, an Associate in Talent Development at Thomson Reuters, and as an Assistant Manager in Learning & Development at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Astrid holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Christ University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Information Technology and Learning at the University of Gothenburg.
