Gijsberth De Ruiter

As Chief Financial Officer, Gijsberth has the responsibility for the financial operations, IT and strategic finance. Gijsberth is a member of Heart Aerospace Senior Leadership Team and responsible for building a scalable finance function and acts as a strategic partner for the CEO in fundraising.

Before starting Heart, Gijsberth has over 30 years of experience in different finance functions within AkzoNobel/Nouryon and he has worked in The Netherlands, France, and Sweden. Prior to Heart, he was Financial Officer at Nouryon, responsible for the finance organization and the performance of the worldwide integrated supply chain organization.

Gijsberth has a master in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (The Netherlands).
