Jose Luiz Fragnan

Jose Luiz Fragnan has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Jose Luiz currently holds the position of Head of Production Organization at Heart Aerospace since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Embraer for almost a decade, serving as Manufacturing VP from 2013 to 2022. Before joining Embraer, they held the role of Executive Managing Director at ELEB from 2005 to 2013. Jose Luiz started their career at Rolls-Royce, where they worked as an Operations Manager from 1999 to 2005.

Jose Luiz Fragnan completed their education in a chronological order. Jose Luiz started their academic journey in 1980 at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, where they pursued a degree in Chemical Engineering, which they completed in 1985. In 1990, they enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their time at FGV lasted until 1992. In 2010, Jose attended IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, focusing on Corporate Governance for Board Members. Finally, in 2012, they joined FIA Business School and completed an Executive International Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2013.
