Michelle Richard

Michelle Richard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations, particularly in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Constituent Operations and Customer Service at Heart & Stroke since June 2010, Michelle has successfully executed various programs and central operations initiatives while supporting business planning for Community Engagement. Previous roles at Heart & Stroke include Manager of Marketing Operations and Associate Manager of Special Events and Program Operations. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Cornerstone Group of Companies, where responsibilities included leading the Registrar Division and executing campaigns for not-for-profit clients, and began a career in retail management at Gap Inc. with oversight of multiple store locations. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Ottawa and further education from Seneca Polytechnic.
