Cydney Kramer

Cydney Kramer currently serves as the Executive Director of National Partnerships at Heart Math Tutoring since July 2023. Previously, Cydney held the position of Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement Director at America Needs You from January 2022 to July 2023, focusing on empowering first-generation college students through mentorship and support. Cydney's earlier tenure at Heart Math Tutoring included roles as Program Director and Program Manager, where significant achievements included leading operations for tutoring programs and developing a virtual model during the pandemic. Cydney's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from St. Bonaventure University and completion of the Management Development Program at the Harvard Business School Club of Charlotte. Other experiences include teaching in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, coordinating programs at Freedom School Partners, and serving in various educational and administrative roles.
