Joy Hathaway

Joy Hathaway is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program delivery, community impact, and strategic alignment. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Program Delivery at Heart of America since March 2025, Joy previously held the role of Associate Vice President of Community Impact at BBYO from September 2023 to March 2025. Joy's tenure at KABOOM! spanned over a decade, where roles included Vice President of Programs and Vice President of Strategy Alignment and Implementation, focusing on community engagement and strategic vision execution. Earlier experience includes directing adult and family programs at Jubilee Housing and marketing roles at Pronto Wash International and Red Peg Marketing. Joy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Spanish from The George Washington University School of Business.
