Leah Erickson currently serves as Chief of Staff at Heart of America since June 2025. Previously, Leah held the position of Senior Director of Operations at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community from October 2022 to June 2025, overseeing leadership development, business performance, and operational excellence across various entities, including Dakotah Sport and Fitness and The Meadows at Mystic Golf Course. Additional experience includes roles at the YMCA of the North - The Marsh, TCF Bank, and Target, where responsibilities encompassed member engagement, operations management, and strategy development. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
