❤️HEART OF FLORIDA HEALTH CENTER
Heart of Florida Health Center, formerly known as Community Health Services, became a Federally- Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in March 2009 with the addition of dental and behavioral health services. For over 18 years, Munroe Regional Medical Center (MRMC) and Ocala Regional Medical Center (ORMC) generously provided the financial support that made healthcare available through the CHS clinic. In 2007, the Marion County Commissioners and the Florida Department of Health Marion County also began providing funding assistance to expand the range of services offered. Thanks to everyone’s help, Heart of Florida Health Center is currently providing care to over 70,000 patients a year. Join Heart of Florida Health Center as a patient, a supporter, or both! With your help, we can continue to grow and be the premier community healthcare in Marion County.
