Leon Ashby

Leon Ashby, MS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, marketing, and specialized case management within healthcare and community service sectors. Currently serving as the Director of TECHquity at Heart of Florida United Way since January 2023, Leon has also founded and leads Botic Point as CEO since June 2017. Prior roles include Targeted Case Manager at Psych Solutions, Business Consultant at Social Ark Technologies, and Director of Social Services at Bridgewood Healthcare Center. Leon’s background encompasses substantial contributions to marketing and communications across various organizations, including Orlando Health and Campisi Health Care Center, complemented by a solid educational foundation in Entertainment Business, Cinematography, and Sociology from Full Sail University and Iowa State University.
