Michael Williams

Michael Williams currently serves as the Head of Sport Science at Heart of Midlothian FC, a position held since November 2019. Previously, Michael held multiple roles in sport science and strength and conditioning, including time at Oriam, Scotland's Sports Performance Centre, and at Heart of Midlothian FC, where Michael was the Head of Academy Strength and Conditioning. Additional experience includes coaching roles at Currie Rugby Football Club, Livingston F.C., and Boroughmuir Rugby Football Club, along with a position as an intern with the Scottish Rugby Union. Michael holds an MRes in Sport Science from the University of the West of Scotland and a degree in Applied Sport Science from The University of Edinburgh.
