Neil Hobson

Neil Hobson currently serves as the Communications Officer at Heart of Midlothian FC, a position held since January 2022, with a focus on the Men's First Team during domestic and European matches. Prior to this, Neil gained valuable experience as a Media Assistant at Kilmarnock Football Club from January 2019 to January 2022, where significant responsibilities included navigating managerial changes, the COVID-19 pandemic, and celebrating the club's 150th anniversary. Initial experience in the sports media field began with a Media Internship at Glasgow Warriors from November 2018 to June 2019, where Neil contributed content for the team's promotions and community initiatives. Neil's entry into the field commenced as a Media Volunteer at Kilmarnock, engaging in various match day duties such as live tweeting and producing match reports. Educational background includes completion of studies at Peebles High School from 2012 to 2017.
