Jason Suleiman is an experienced psychiatric nursing professional with a diverse background in mental health care. Currently serving as an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse at LocumTenens.com since June 2022 and as a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Heart of Ohio Family Health since March 2019, Jason has demonstrated expertise in psychiatric care. Prior experience includes a role as a Consumer and Family Advocate at the ADAMH Board of Franklin County from 1994 to 2006. Jason holds a degree from The Ohio State University, obtained between 2006 and 2010.

Heart of Ohio Family Health is the parent company for five Federally Qualified Health Centers located in Franklin County: Capital Park, Chantry, Mount Carmel East, Whitehall, and Whitehall-Yearling High School. Our mission is to provide high-quality, holistic, and compassionate care to meet the healthcare needs of everyone in our diverse community, one heart at a time. We provide services regardless of ability to pay, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income and number of dependents.
