Priscilla Tutu, MPH, currently serves as an HIV Case Manager and Medical Assistant at Heart of Ohio Family Health since August 2021. Responsibilities include recording patient interviews and medical histories, maintaining patient room cleanliness, documenting care observations, measuring vital signs, administering non-IV medications, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Previously, Priscilla held roles such as Unit Coordinator at Mount Carmel Health System and Nationwide Children's Hospital, and worked as a COVID-19 Case Investigator at the Fairfield Department of Health, where educational efforts on COVID protocols were also part of the role. Priscilla earned a Master's degree in Public Health from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University.

Heart of Ohio Family Health is the parent company for five Federally Qualified Health Centers located in Franklin County: Capital Park, Chantry, Mount Carmel East, Whitehall, and Whitehall-Yearling High School. Our mission is to provide high-quality, holistic, and compassionate care to meet the healthcare needs of everyone in our diverse community, one heart at a time. We provide services regardless of ability to pay, and offer a sliding fee scale based on income and number of dependents.
