Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Heart of the Customer, LLC, MaryEllen has held prominent roles including Principal Consultant at Avalyne Research & Consulting, Inc. and Senior Customer Experience Consultant at Avtex Solutions, LLC. Previous experience includes significant positions at Thomson Reuters, where MaryEllen was both Director of Customer Experience and Director of Market Research, as well as serving as Project Director at International Communications Research (ICR). MaryEllen holds a BA in American Studies from Smith College and participated in the Williams Mystic Maritime Studies Program.
