Cecelia Kratochvil

Cecelia Kratochvil serves as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Heart of the Valley YMCA since August 2018, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in human resources and administration. From August 2010 to August 2018, Cecelia held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Hutcheson Enterprises Inc., where responsibilities included supervising a team, managing employee files for over 800 employees, processing payroll, and handling EEOC claims. Prior to this, Cecelia worked as a Contracts Administrator at Quantum Research International and held various roles in accounts payable and customer service at Hutcheson Enterprises Inc. and Publix Super Markets. Cecelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Athens State University, an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Calhoun Community College, and completed high school education at the Academy of the Holy Names.
