Mitch Wallis

Mitch Wallis has a diverse work experience. MITCH started as a Mental Health Expert in their own company, Mitch Wallis. In 2017, they founded Heart On My Sleeve, which is a global mental health social movement and services provider. As a Founder, they empower people to live and connect authentically through training, peer support, and storytelling. In 2022, Mitch co-founded Calm Water Health. In addition, they are an Investor at Heaps Normal and an Expert Advisor for the Corporate Mental Health Alliance Australia (CMHAA). Mitch was a Board Member at SuperFriend from 2019 to 2021. Before their focus on mental health, they worked at Microsoft in various roles, including Global Audience Marketing Manager, Global Product Marketing Manager for Surface, Channel Marketing Manager for Windows, and Marketing Executive for Windows Phone. During their time at Microsoft, Mitch was involved in product launches, marketing strategies, and partner engagement. MITCH also had a previous internship in marketing communications at Microsoft.

Mitch Wallis has a Master's degree in Psychology from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. MITCH also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney, completed from 2008 to 2011. In addition, they have completed a Graduate Certificate in Marketing and Business Excellence from the Microsoft Academy of College Hires from 2012 to 2014. Lastly, Mitch Wallis completed their Higher School Certificate at Marist Catholic College North Shore from 2002 to 2007, with a focus on English Extension II, Advanced Mathematics, Economics, Religion, and Legal Studies. MITCH has additional certifications in Hospitality, Responsible Conduct of Gambling, and Responsible Service of Alcohol.
