Mary Peacock, BVetMed, has a diverse work experience in the veterinary field. Mary started their career as an Associate Veterinarian at Banfield Pet Hospital in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Mary then joined Metropolitan Veterinary Associates & Emergency Services as an Intern from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they worked as an Emergency Veterinarian at the Center for Animal Referral & Emergency Services (CARES) from 2010 to 2011.
In 2011, Mary returned to Banfield Pet Hospital as a Medical Director and held this position until 2016. As the Medical Director for the Pennsylvania market, they oversaw 14 hospitals and was responsible for ensuring high-quality medicine and exceptional client experiences. After leaving this role, they became a Field Director at Banfield Pet Hospital from 2017 to 2018.
Mary then transitioned to Heart + Paw in 2018, where they served as the Director of Implementation and Integration until 2020. Following that, they were promoted to the position of Senior Director of Operations until 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Operations at Heart + Paw.
Throughout their career, Mary has demonstrated expertise in veterinary medicine, leadership, and operations management.
Mary Peacock, BVetMed, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry/Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Wesleyan University in 2002. Mary then went on to earn a BVetMed degree from the Royal Veterinary College, U. of London, from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, Mary Peacock has obtained certifications in Advanced Facilitation Skills Training from Banfield Pet Hospital in November 2012, and in FRANK Training from Zoetis in May 2012.
