Molly Holt Cae, Pmp, Cmp

Molly Holt, CAE, PMP, CMP has a diverse work experience in event management and technology implementation. Molly is currently working as the Associate Director of Meeting Operations at the Heart Rhythm Society, where they oversee the organization's meeting operations. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager of Digital Products and Manager of Event Experience at the same organization, where they led the implementation of various digital channels and technology platforms to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Molly's previous experience includes roles at Cvent as a Project Manager, where they managed event registration and onsite solutions, and at the National Defense Industrial Association as a Meeting Planner, where they successfully executed multiple conferences and meetings. Molly also worked as an Account Manager at Precision Meetings & Events. Molly brings a strong background in project management, technology integration, and attendee experience to their roles.

Molly Holt attended Gettysburg College from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature with a Writing Concentration. In addition to their degree, Molly has also obtained several certifications. Molly obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in December 2022. In February 2020, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, Molly obtained the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification from the Convention Industry Council in August 2016.
