Chester Zelaya is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the medical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Heart to Heart Global Cardiac Care since July 2021, Chester contributes to the development of sustainable medical programs aimed at improving access to cardiac care. As Senior Vice President of Implant Network Global Operations at Edwards Lifesciences since April 2017, Chester oversees global operations across multiple international facilities. Previously, Chester held roles at Shire and Baxter International, including Vice President of Plasma Manufacturing Operations for North America and Plant General Manager for various operations. Chester holds a Licenciado in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica and an MBA in Finance from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
