Sierra Rainey

Sierra Rainey is a Learning and Development Consultant at TiER1 Performance since September 2019, with experience as an Associate Consultant. Sierra also volunteers as a Newsletter Writer and Coordinator for Heart to Heart Hospice, where engaging content is crafted for the volunteer network. As the Founder and Writer of Sierra Speak Easy from July 2020 to June 2023, Sierra focused on topics related to culture, history, and identity. Additional professional experience includes roles as an Instructional Writer at BLP, powered by TiER1 Performance, and various positions at the University of Notre Dame, including Hospitality Manager and Hall Manager. Sierra Rainey holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and a high school diploma from Thornton Fractional North High School.
