Heidi Schutz

Heidi Schutz is a seasoned professional in the field of laboratory management, currently serving as the Director of Laboratory Program at Heart to Heart International since September 2022, after previously holding the position of Manager of Laboratory Programs. Prior roles include Point of Care Supervisor at University Health KC and Point of Care Coordinator at University Health. Heidi also possesses experience as Assistant Lab Manager at Encompass Medical Group and as Assistant Lab Supervisor at Family Practice of Grand Island. In addition to practical experience, Heidi has a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from Creighton University, graduated magna cum laude in 1989. Entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and operation of Cedar Hills Vineyard & Gardens from July 2014 to March 2020.
