Betsy Wetherby is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various organizational settings. Currently serving as Human Resource Manager at Heartbeat International since March 2015, Betsy provides HR generalist services to a network of life-affirming service providers globally. Previously, Betsy held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Bricker & Eckler LLP, where strategic leadership and HR operations for a law firm with over 300 employees were managed. Betsy’s career also includes significant roles such as Director of Human Resources at the American Law Institute/ALI-ABA and various positions in human resources management at Hemenway & Barnes, Macdonald Devin, and Geary, Porter & Donovan. Betsy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Widener University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
