Jennifer Ellis is a skilled professional with extensive experience in client services and customer support. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Heartbeat International since August 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Director of Client Services at New Life Solutions, Inc. from January 2019 to July 2022. Prior to that, Jennifer managed operations and served as Lead Consultant at Elizabeth's New Life Center from March 2011 to December 2018. Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Ministry from Ohio Christian University, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a Diploma in Educational Ministries from Moody Bible Institute, completed from 1990 to 1993.
