Sara Poepping

Sara Poepping serves as the Regional Customer Success Manager for North Central at Heartflow since September 2020, leading a team to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure successful adoption of Heartflow's diagnostic technology. Prior to this role, Sara held various positions at Heartflow, including Staff and Senior CT Application Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed driving adoption of advanced diagnostic pathways, achieving revenue goals through superior customer engagement, and collaborating across departments to facilitate product integration. With experience as a Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist at Froedtert Health, Sara has extensive expertise in operating imaging equipment, mentoring trainees, and assisting physicians in clinical settings. Sara holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and multiple degrees in Radiologic Technology and Sciences, along with relevant certifications from professional organizations.
