Whitney Huey

Whitney Huey, CCRP, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Whitney started their career as an Intern at Girls for a Change, where they acted as a life coach for middle school girls. Whitney then worked at Comerica Bank as a Customer Service Representative before joining BARRX as a Customer Service Representative, where they played a key role in communication and order processing.

Whitney then transitioned into the healthcare industry, starting at Covidien as a Clinical Studies Coordinator and later becoming a Clinical Research Associate. Whitney further advanced their career at Align Technology, working as a Clinical Research Associate and eventually becoming a Senior Clinical Research Associate, specializing in certified clinical research professional (CCRP) roles.

Currently, Whitney is at HeartFlow, Inc, where they have held various positions, including Clinical Trial Manager, Sr. Clinical Trial Manager, Manager of Clinical Operations, and Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations. Whitney now holds the position of Director of Clinical Operations.

Whitney Huey, CCRP, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from San Jose State University in 2009. In 2015, Whitney obtained a certification as a Certified Clinical Research Professional from SoCRA. Additionally, Whitney has obtained several other certifications related to public health and clinical research, including Statistical Reasoning for Public Health, Clinical Terminology for International and U.S. Students, The Science of Safety in Healthcare, Community Change in Public Health, Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials, Understanding Research: An Overview for Health Professionals, and Data Management for Clinical Research.
