Jana Garrett

Jana Garrett is an experienced operations manager and mental health clinician with a strong background in pediatric behavioral health. At Intermountain Health, Jana served as the Service Line Operations Manager for Pediatric Behavioral Health, overseeing various programs at Primary Children's Hospital and focusing on program expansion and best practices implementation. Previous roles at Intermountain included managing the pediatric psych crisis team, where Jana successfully turned around departmental financials and stabilized staffing, and leading a social work training program for MSW/BSW interns. Jana also worked as a Clinical Therapist at Therapy by Design, providing therapy to young adults and adolescents using multiple therapeutic modalities. Early career experience involved serving as a Case Manager II at the Regional Center of the East Bay, providing psychosocial evaluations and advocacy for children with developmental disabilities. Jana currently pursues a Master of Healthcare Administration at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, following a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
