Jennie Lee

Jennie Lee currently serves as the VP of People, Legal, & Operations at Hearth, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jennie held the title of Senior Director of People Operations at Paper from January 2022 to November 2024 and was VP of People & General Counsel at Animoto from March 2020 to February 2022. Jennie's earlier experience includes General Counsel & Chief of Staff at Thimble, Senior Counsel and People Counsel at Stack Overflow, and Director of People and Legal at Hailo. Jennie began a legal career as an Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP from 2005 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A. in Government and History from Dartmouth College.
