Louis Bi currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Hearth, leading post-sales teams in a B2B SaaS startup focused on digital transformation for SMBs in the Home Services sector. Louis is also a Founding Member of Glue Club, a network for startup leaders. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at Supermove and PepsiCo, where strategic leadership in eCommerce and customer experience was paramount, as well as significant positions at Lyft, Alibaba Group, and Google. Louis began professional career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and held leadership positions during time at UPenn Students Federal Credit Union. Educational credentials include an Advanced Business Analytics degree from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Economics from the same institution.
