Rachel Berhow

Rachel Berhow is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hearth & Home Technologies since April 2021, Rachel has previously held various HR leadership roles at Lifetouch from 2005 to 2021, including Director of Human Resources and Sr. HR Manager. Prior to Lifetouch, Rachel worked as an HR Representative at Koch Companies. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from The Wharton School.
