Randy Wendolek

Randy Wendolek has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the marketing and management field. Randy has held various roles at Hearth & Home Technologies, starting in 1999. During their time there, they served as the Director of Channel Marketing, Procurement Manager, Creative Services Manager, and Technical Systems Manager. From 2015 to 2017, Randy also worked as the Director of Heatilator Brand Marketing. Additionally, they held significant positions as the Director of Majestic Brand Marketing and currently as the Director of Marketing Category Management, where they are responsible for developing product strategies and go-to-market plans for various brands. Prior to their tenure at Hearth & Home Technologies, Randy worked as the Technical Services Manager at Thomson West for nearly a decade.

Randy Wendolek completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from St. Cloud State University, starting in 1986 and ending in 1991. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
