Sarah Wellcome

Sarah Wellcome has a diverse work experience in human resources and change management. Sarah is currently the Vice President of Human Resources and Community Relations at Hearth & Home Technologies. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Donaldson Company, Inc., where they provided leadership and strategic support for domestic manufacturing plants. Sarah also served as the Change Management Lead at CHS Inc., where they provided organizational change management leadership and played a key role in a SAP implementation project. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Collins Aerospace, including Operations Director and Human Resources Director, where they were responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives for commercial and military aerospace segments. Wellcome has a strong background in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational design.

Sarah Wellcome's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
