Carmen Dorr

Carmen Dorr has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Carmen started their career as a Cost Accountant at Safetran Systems in 1993 and later moved to Arctic Cat as a Cost Accountant for snowmobiles. In 1997, they joined Seneca Foods Corporation as a Plant Controller and later transitioned to the role of Business Analyst. Carmen then worked at Faribault Woolen Mill as a Corporate Controller and eventually became the Chief Financial Officer. At Mom Brands, they served as a Plant Accounting Analyst, responsible for implementing accounting into plant operations. Carmen also worked at Boyer & Associates as an ERP Implementation/Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Carmen was a Sr. Accountant at AmesburyTruth and then joined Hearthside Food Solutions, where they held various roles, including Controller and currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Finance. Throughout their career, Carmen has showcased leadership skills, financial expertise, and experience in implementing and maintaining technology systems.

Carmen Dorr obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 1989 and 1993. Prior to that, Carmen attended Medford High School in Medford, MN, without earning a degree.
