Daniel Coats

Daniel Coats is an accomplished finance and strategy executive with extensive experience in leading large-scale operations and teams. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Hearthside Food Solutions, Daniel partners with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic initiatives. Previously, Daniel held various leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company over a 24-year tenure, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing franchise operations in Canada and managing substantial P&L segments. Daniel's career began at Kellogg Company, where roles included Senior Finance Manager and Marketing Controller. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from Kalamazoo College and multiple degrees from Michigan State University, including an MBA and a Master's in Finance.
