Jimmy started their career at Kellogg Company in 1992, where they worked in production supervisor roles before progressing to shift manager. At Kellogg Company, Jimmy also served as a plant operations manager, quality, and food safety manager, where they managed a large team and implemented various programs to ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation. Jimmy later became a plant director, leading multiple plants and driving operational improvements, workforce development, and cost-saving strategies.
In 2022, Jimmy joined Ontex as the Director of Manufacturing, where they led the start-up of a new manufacturing plant and collaborated with the commercial and sales teams to expand Ontex's network footprint in North America. Jimmy played a crucial role in improving the performance of the supply chain.
In 2023, Jimmy joined Hearthside Food Solutions as a plant director, entrusted with orchestrating a turnaround for a co-manufacture CPG manufacturing plant. Jimmy focused on building a culture that empowered frontline team members and developed an owner's mindset. Through operational and quality improvements, they increased employee retention, boosted EBITDA earnings, and significantly contributed to the annual revenue growth.
