Kaitlyn (Katie) Nuckolls, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of HR Consulting Services and Operations at HR-Rethought since November 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, previous roles include Director of People and Business Operations and Human Resources Manager at InQuest Marketing, where initiatives focused on team culture and employee well-being. Additional roles include Human Resources Generalist at Uprova Holdings, Professional Recruiter at MMGY Global, and Office Coordinator/HR Representative at Just Media, among others. Kaitlyn Nuckolls holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies with an emphasis in HR and a minor in Business from The University of Kansas, supplemented by an Associate's degree in General Studies from Johnson County Community College.
