Currently serving as a Research Analyst at Heartland Advisors, Inc. since March 2019, Michael previously held the position of Research Analyst Intern at the same firm. Michael's background includes a role at U.S. Bank as a Mutual Fund Administrator, overseeing financial reporting and compliance for equity and alternative investment mutual funds totaling $1.5 billion in net assets. Additionally, Michael has experience in trading and supply chain management from a management associate role at Cargill. Michael holds an MBA in Applied Security Analysis from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
