Jimmy Valentin

Jimmy Valentin has extensive work experience in the field of health information systems and billing. Jimmy started their career at Heartland Alliance in 2000 as an Associate Director, Business Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing the business operations of the organization. In 2016, they joined Heartland Health Outreach, Inc. as the Director of Health Information Systems & Billing. During their time there, they oversaw the implementation and management of health information systems and billing processes. In July 2022, Jimmy Valentin returned to Heartland Alliance as the Senior Director of Health Information Systems & Billing, where they currently hold the position.

Jimmy Valentin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from American InterContinental University from 2002 to 2005. Jimmy also studied at Oakton College in 2006-2007, although no degree or field of study was mentioned. In terms of certifications, Jimmy obtained the Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) and Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certifications from AAPC in 2021, and the Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM) certification in 2019.
