Laureen Phipps

Laureen Phipps has extensive work experience in different roles and positions. Laureen started their career at Osf St Joseph Medical Center Bloomington in 1988 as the Assistant Director of Public Relations and Marketing. From there, they worked as the Managed Care Contract Services Manager and later served as the Assistant Marketing Director at Heartland Bank and Trust Company. Their most recent position at Heartland Bank and Trust Company was the VP, Learning & Development Manager.

Laureen Phipps holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication from Illinois State University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs, also from Illinois State University. In addition to their formal education, Laureen has obtained several certifications. These include the Creating Leadership Development Program Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in May 2021, the How to Train Your Brain For Happiness certification from LinkedIn in May 2021, the Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program certification from LinkedIn in August 2020, the Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers certification from LinkedIn in April 2020, the Creating Fun and Engaging Video Training: The How certification from LinkedIn in April 2020, and the Creating a Culture of Change certification from LinkedIn in June 2018.
