Amy Aschenbrenner

Amy Aschenbrenner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and customer service, currently serving as the Microsoft Alliance & Licensing Manager at Heartland Business Systems since November 2010. In this role, Amy leads initiatives to grow the strategic partnership with Microsoft, focusing on the Cloud Solution Provider license model and managing partner-led client-funding programs. Previous roles at Heartland include Customer Service Manager and ERP Sales Coordinator, where Amy managed the Microsoft Dynamics GP pipeline and developed relationships within the partner channel. Prior to Heartland, Amy worked as a Business Development Coordinator at Evergreen Retirement Community, and as a Quality Resources Intern, gaining expertise in customer service, marketing initiatives, and HR-related data analysis. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
