Tracy Presteen has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tracy started their career as an HR Intern at Evergreen Retirement Community in 2004. In 2005, they joined Target as an Executive Team Leader-Hard Lines for a brief period. Later that year, Tracy joined Heartland Business Systems as a Human Resources Manager and also took on the role of Vice President, Human Resources. Tracy held these positions until 2015. During the same period, they also worked at Heartland Label Printers, LLC., where they served as a Human Resource Manager and Vice President, Human Resources. Tracy's expertise lies in managing HR functions and leading teams in various organizations.
Tracy Presteen (Reich), SHRM-CP, PHR, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree of Letters and Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Tracy'sfield of study included Human Resource Management and Spanish. In addition to their education, they also obtained the certifications of SHRM-CP from SHRM in February 2015 and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2007.
