Thomas Fawcett has extensive experience in agriculture and precision agriculture, currently serving as the Director of Environmental Resources & Precision Ag at Heartland Co-op since May 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing sales, installations, and service of precision ag equipment. Fawcett is an authorized reseller of Trimble and Ag Leader equipment and possesses comprehensive technical knowledge of their product lines. Prior roles at Heartland Co-op include Precision Ag Field Manager and Precision Ag Specialist. Additionally, Fawcett has experience as a Grain Elevator Operator, fostering strong relationships with over 50 farmers. Previous experience includes training as a Professional Coach Trainee at People Management International and serving as Chapter Advisor for FarmHouse Fraternity. Fawcett's agricultural background is rooted in a family farm experience on a 1,500-acre grain and livestock operation. Fawcett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business and Economics from Iowa State University, completed in 2005.
